Scrape Github with Python

These sites fingerprint TLS, headers and IP reputation. Naive scrapers get 403ed instantly.

Python agents (LangChain, AutoGen, raw requests) all fail on Github's bot wall. One POST to Plaza's x402 endpoint returns parsed JSON instead of a 403.
